How to use this workspace

  1. Add every AI tool your business uses to AI Tool Inventory and assign a Function Category
  2. Log every subscription in Subscription Cost Log with billing dates and amounts
  3. After 30 days with any tool, open ROI Scoring Tracker and enter your hours saved, tool cost, and hourly rate
  4. Check Function Category Library monthly for any category with more than one tool
  5. Open Tools to Cancel and cancel anything before it auto-renews
